Welcome to Rose Village

Our one bedroom holiday apartment (sleeps up to 4) is situated at Rose Village in the Cocoa Beach area of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria.

Rose Village is a small complex of 90 apartments located approximately 300 metres from the beach and about 1km from the centre of Sunny Beach. Rose Village has an inexpensive restaurant and bar which provides food and beverages daily until 11pm.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor, overlooking the main swimming pool and restaurant. It benefits from two balconies situated off the bedroom and lounge.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette which is ideal for self catering as there are numerous supermarkets within 100 metres.

Sunny Beach has numerous bars and restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets.

Sunny Beach has great night life and there are lots of discos, live music venues, night clubs and cocktail bars to explore!

Sunny Beach has good transport links via local transport running from the hotel complexes opposite Rose Village.

Nessebar

Sunny Beach is near one of the oldest European towns, Nessebar. In 1956 Nessebar was proclaimed an architectural and archeological reserve. You can see remnants of an antique fortified wall with a gate dating from III-IV century and other medieval Bulgarian and Byzantine architecture which give Nessebar a unique appearance and atmosphere.

Bourgas Airport

Bourgas Airport (BOJ) is only 25 km away. There is a short transfer time from Bourgas Airport of approximately 20 minutes.
